Customers Urged to Verify and Update Primary Phone Contact

SPU is urging all customers to log into their registered MyAccount and verify that the primary phone number noted is correct. There are various situations that SPU would want to make contact including identifying high usage, any billing questions, or gaining access to our meters. Soon, SPU will also be able to notify customers by email or text when there is a service outage to their home or business. We ask that you update your primary phone to a cell number so that you can participate in these outage notifications once they are available.
