Please be cautioned that SPU customers are reporting that they are receiving an automated call telling them that they are past due and that their electric service will be disconnected within 30 minutes unless they connect to or call a 1-877 number to make payment. These calls are not valid or orginating from Sun Prairie Utilities. SPU will never require a specific form of payment over the phone.
