If you are currently a Sun Prairie Utilities' residential customer and you are moving to another address within the utility's service area, you may transfer your service through the online form below. We do require at least one business day's notice for special meter readings.
Requests submitted after 11:00 a.m. Fridays will be processed the next business day and scheduled for the following second business day.
Submission of this form constitutes your acceptance of responsibility for services provided by Sun Prairie Utilities. SPU services will be billed in your name at the new address until notice is provided to SPU to terminate or transfer your service.
