Incentives are in the form of a bill credit applied to the appropriate Sun Prairie Utilities electric account. Please note that there is a limit of one credit per type of appliance. Incentive application must be submitted within 90 days of purchase, and a Sun Prairie Utilities residential electric account is required to participate.
To receive your incentive, complete the Energy Star Rebate incentive form online and upload a copy of your receipt (or download a rebate form here).
